Off road pages have to be added by dealer. It is a TSB for some early 2018 models. I had it done with no issues.

Ah, I think I know what's up - ORP was not included on many 18s until they gave via an over the air update. If you have the 7" you don't get OTA updates, therefore it would have to be added manually. A '19 might already have ORP in the BCM ready to go.

Hello everyone. I too am looking to upgrade my 7" to the 8.4" as i had in my ram trucks before. I know the real only difference between all the uconnect radios is the mounting locations on the radios themselves. After reviewing a few installation videos, i noticed there might be a direct swap of the radios with the mounting. This would be the 2018-2019 Dodge Durangos. I have not performed a swap as i do not have a Durango to test on. If anyone out there that knows someone with 18 or 19 Durango, see if they will let you try it out. I looked in my area and i cannot get a used radio in a 200 mile radius. Maybe someone will take the shot at it.

I'm assuming not all FCA 8.4in Uconnect would work right? For example would something like a 2016 Cherokee radio work? How can we tell if the radio is for digital or analog back up camera?

I put a 2018 ram radio into my 2020 JL
I experienced the same mounting issues with the original poster did
The issue that I’m having is my backup camera

it works but it has a greenish almost night vision looking tint to it I pulled away schematics from Chrysler for the 2018 ram and then2020 jl. There’s definitely a difference in video inputs with the jail wrangler using pins 21 through 26 in the ram truck using pens 31 through 33 I have all the wiring if anyone needs help PM me but I’m still trying to figure this out myself however having access to Chrysler wine really helps

now granted these are what is referred to as auxiliary video one and exemplary video to I came across these when I was on the automotive website looking at the jail front camera and clicked on the instructions it showed to tap in to 21 and 22 or 24 and 25 depending on your model here which I will show in the next attachment so I decided to pull the wiring information from dealer connect for the ram and the jeep and noticed that these exhilarate video inputs are exactly one set of pins over on the ram

Like I stated my back up camera works but it has a greenish tint to it like you’re using a pair of night vision binoculars I know the camera connects through the red factory coacts connector but I’m curious to see what pins are in my wrangler on 21 22 24 and 25. If nothing else once I get a taser it gives me the option to add exactly video on these two ports and have two different inputs perhaps I can figure out a way to wire them to the camera
