Charger Fault

Hi All I've recently upgraded to a JL which I was happy with for three weeks, now sadly the central touchscreen is blank and won't switch on I had to charge the main battery over night as it wouldn't start also the panel between the fuel/temp gauges won't power down when the system is shut down!
Attached picture shows the detail that won't switch off I had the door open to take the picture but it stays on regardless!
Unable to return to dealer for two weeks as they're shut, checked many fuses not sure what else to do now!
I'm a Jeep fan but not happy with this one thus far!!!!!

I had this happen to me several years back and it stayed on for over an hour, never could figure out the cause but most times It stays lit for less than 1 min but occasionally it stays lit for 3-4 mins....I’m inclined to believe it’s a uconnect issue but not sure, mentioned it to the dealer several times while it was under warranty and they could not duplicate the problem...big surprise there

I have checked to see if there are any software updates as I don’t have the 8.4 and there are none showing, I have checked all fuses and I even pulled the uconnect fuses a few times to see if a reset would fix but it still exists so not sure what the cause is.

You might disconnect the main and ESS batteries for a few minutes to see if it resolves the problem
