Do they make a grab handle that mounts (screws) to the removable front top?

Never seen anything of the sort.
But you can install an overhead steel Molle panel and mount a grab handle to that.

If you mean the freedom panels, the entire top is made of a sheet molded composite fiberglass I believe. I suspect anything screwed into them would not be very robust and would likely strip out over time.

What's wrong with attaching it to the roll bar next to the seat? I have always used them on mine.

New Jeeps have side air bags on the roll bars.

Our front Molle panel runs front to back over the front seats (rather than side to side) and mounts with four sheet metal screws. Although I installed 1/4-20 rivnuts instead, and thought about adding a center grab handle, because of the span and slight flex if you pull down on it, I decided against it.
