Hi i just purchased a Cavfab elite tire carrier mount from a forum member. Looking at there website it says there is a different camera mounting bracket for the rear camera if you have the front trail camera which i have but the carrier, I purchased was set up for not having the front camera.
My question is does anyone know what i need to do to get my rear camera to work? I have reached out to @cavfab about this and all i got back was needs a different mount and its proprietary but nothing further about how to get the new mount.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Did you call or email? Email more than once? I'd just give them a call. I've called them a few times and always got a person on the phone to help.

so just a little bit of an update finally got an email back from cavfab after a couple of days told me how much the part would be shipped and just need to send my info, so they send the invoice communicated over a couple of emails then after sending my info nothing. called several hours later to be told yeah, we see that you sent the information, but we haven't looked at it yet so still in limbo on this now. Very frustrated with this kind of customer service.

Patience pays off! (says a SUPER impatient person)
Lol oh it eventually did but I do have to say I find how the communications went with them was lacking, I understand they have other customers and they are busy, but I do feel it is a little ridiculous it takes 2+ days to answer an email after you were able to answer in just a few minutes previously.

With my son's help we just finished the CavFab installation yesterday. It took us about 20 hours start-to-finish. 90% of the delay could have easily been avoided with a simple installation guide from the company - which there is none.

I ordered the Elite model which came with a license plate holder and a rear camera mount. The original OEM camera mounts inside using their supplied bracket and four stainless steel bolts.

I'm including this shot so users can understand a huge weakness in their design that opens up the camera to outside elements. CabFav provides no cabling loom or boot to protect the camera. I hope you're not planning to mount Jeep OEM wheels on to the holder - they wont fit. I got mine to fit by fabricating two spaces from 1-1/2 square steel stock.
