Jeep Wrangler JL Cavalry Overland Events (DFW) IMG_20230514_103844021

There's a group of Overlanders who have meets once a month in various locations in the DFW metroplex.

I have been going for a more than a year now, to every single one of their meets that I can get to, which is pretty much all of them! (I think I've actually been going since their third event ?)

Basically they are a organization who hosts Overland events. They do a couple of beginner/training events (with limited spaces) every couple of months, but their real goal is to connect people together.

Their events have grown significantly, and the best part is if you go and you sign-in at their main booth, they give you a raffle ticket (for free!) And they raffle off some pretty damn good prizes.

They'll often have a paid raffle as well, where tickets cost $10. I've only ever entered one of them which happened to be on my birthday, and I won a $130 Midland CB radio! (It was also one of the smaller events because it was raining the entire time, there was only like 14 people entered the paid for raffle)

I probably shouldn't be telling y'all about their events because more tickets being handed out means less odds of me winning. And I have a pretty good history of winning at their events!

They had one this past weekend at the Lexus of Plano, that location always has a good turnout. Also I won this guy!

A $50 ARB air down system for free! ?

The second to last event they had was at Zero Breeze in Plano Texas, where I won this guy.

A $40 Rhino folding shovel, ALSO FREE!!!

If you're in the area, you should definitely check out their events. Plus it would be cool to meet some of y'all and always nice to have more Jeepers at their events.

Just do make sure you register on their website, it takes less than a minute, and it helps them out a bunch for planning for the event.

As an added bonus, you'll get to see my crazy Wrangler in person, and you can see how much it's depreciated! ?

Btw, I'm not actually associated with these guys, it's just a really good group of guys who have some really cool events.
