Cargo cover lid

Hello!!! I have the trail rail system in my Jeep. The cargo lid cover (not sure of the exact name) has popped out of hinges/track and I am struggling to find how to pop the lid cover back into place. It is driving me crazy that it is not flush with the rest of the carpet as I use the cargo tub a lot!

-I am referring to what is basically plywood carpet covered mat that covers the cargo tub/or Jeep cooler if you call it that. Lol

Does anyone know how to get it back on the tracks?
