Can anyone identify this front bumper?

Hi guys...
Does anyone have info on this front bumper? It looks like a Mopar metal bumper, but I haven't seen the hoop before.
I think it may be a concept part but was wondering if there's any availability.

Agree. Looks like an AEV except the hoop seems lower profile than what they offer???

It is an AEV bumper done up with a shorter hoop for that concept vehicle.
