Finally got around to installing the CAI on the 4xe. Pretty simple install, identical to the standard 2.0L. So far, no CEL or issues. Improved engine noise under hard acceleration, no annoying drone or anything. Nice little "blowoff value" noise too (turn volume up on videos).

Here's the CAI I installed: https://www.extremeterrain.com/sb-j...ke-oiled-cleanable-cotton-filter-75-5129.html

Hello McStatic, very interesting post :)
How did you fit this air intake in the Wrangler 4xe? I’m check also to buy an air intake for my 4xe 2022 and if you check fitting guide in the link you sent of ExtremeTerrain, it says “Won’t fit selected Vehicle) after that…I couldn’t figure out how this air intake won’t fit because it is a 2.0L engine…I’ve sent an email to the company (S&B Filters) and their answer was:
Jeep Wrangler JL CAI with 4xe C34043BA-5ABA-48A7-8F17-986B017A7FAB

Hope someone can help me to solve this doubt because I would really like to install a nice air intake and I was between this model and the K&N 57 or 63 - 1580.

Thank you in advance :)
