Hello everyone!
The 36 months is coming to an end on my 2018 loaded Unlimited Rubicon. I do love the car and want to keep it forever.
(I wish bought it instead of leasing 3 years ago. Alas...)
Of course - I've done all the mods, gone on all the off-roads, scraped and dented it up
I have ~29,000 miles and owe a lot of $$$ to finally pay it off from Chrysler Capital and own it.
I've used the warranty pretty well:
I'm located in Southern California.
My question is -
Do any of you have advice on buying out this lease? I want this to be as painless as possible.
Should I get an extended warranty? Seems like this car will have plenty more issues in the future.
I do plan on just paying in cash and being done with it.
Please let me know if any of you have advice! this will be the first car that I bought out of a lease.
Thanks!

I've used the warranty pretty well:
- Replaced the rear axle - the infamous stuck locker sensor
- Replaced a gas tank (something something busted valve)
- Fixed the rear window defroster
- got an updated steering stabilizer
- updated the Uconnect firmware
