BUMPER FOG LIGHT MOUNT 24 WILLYS

I'm trying to find a solution to mount lights on the stock plastic bumper that don't require removing the grille.
I searched for a while but didn't really see anything, any suggestions? Thanks.

I couldn't find one either so I made one for my 2021. no longer use it since changing bumper.
