Aftermarket Bumpers Without Fog light Mounts

I'm just wondering what people are doing with the wiring when replacing the factory bumper with an aftermarket bumper that does not have mounts for the factory fog lights? Can aftermarket LEDs be connected in place of the factory fogs? I'm curious because I want to replace my plastic Ruby bumper with a stubby but one of the criteria for a potential bumper is to have factory fog mounts. If there is a way to connect aftermarket LEDs to the factory wiring, that gives me a lot more potential bumpers to chose from. Thanks
