I'm was hoping to do another BOH trail trip towards end of November. I think Moab may be too cold. Has anyone here done the Oregon BOH trails around that time? I was thinking that could be a possibility....

I've done the Oregon trails but not in November. Oregon is farther north, would think it would be worse than Moab that time of year.

Yeah I think so. I was really hoping to get a few more BOH trails in this year but looks like it may have to wait.

The Oregon trails might be okay. Weather permitting… it might not be too cold but they can be a challenge if wet. I would watch the weather conditions. I went in June with good dry weather and it was not difficult at all.

November will be very cold, wet and muddy in Oregon. If that's your thing then should be fun.

Moab should be fine. It's going to be cold, but average rainfall/snowfall is still low.

Lol, I used to drive with my aunt up to Oregon to see my grand parents when she would go up to check on them. I miss their house so much. They lived up on a plateau over looking Medford’s ugh

Looking on the app Texas is actually a fee miles closer than Oregon.

But for Jen Oregon would be closer.
Ha you know me, I'm always up for a roadtrip. You want to drive to Texas with me end of November? I'm getting all my new Jeep parts insalled early November so I'll be good to go for some jeepin'.

Not necessarily but likely. Those two trails should be ‘weather permitting’. If it is dry and cold they would be totally fine.

We are heading to Colorado Monday for a few weeks then off to Utah. If you decide on Moab we could link up with you if you like.

I've landed on going to Texas leaving LA on Nov 15th. I think Moab is just going to be too cold for me.

I will be going to Moab next year for sure though. Probably sometime in the spring.
