My JLR V6,Auto. is built. It has one option HT3 body color hardtop. I saw the body color hardtops are installed on the production line. My JLR, I'm told is I status and waiting to go to the body vender. For what ? What do they do at the body vendor? Decals maybe?

The body vendor aka JB status is where they put all the “bells and whistles” on your Jeep. I got a fully loaded JLR and mine was in JB status for around 12 days. I’m not sure which specific features they’d be installing on your Jeep especially if you got it super basic.

I status means it’s in inspection

I think it is for accessory add ons like the reinforced tailgate hinge. Mine was stuck in JB status for 2 or more weeks. I now have a sticker, but am waiting for a further update from my dealer.

"Chat" did say it had passed inspection, and was waiting to go to vendor. So it makes a little more sense now. Maybe folks where speculating the vendor part, not knowing it had no accessories to yet be installed. What is the waiting shipment/delivery status? I looked for a window sticker but found nothing. Maybe it's waiting for a window sticker?

KZ is out the door and waiting for transportation but that can have delays also.

I’m now in KZS status I guess as of 2/21, they said my Jeep is currently in Detroit lol hoping it doesn’t get shot up haha! I wonder how much longer it’ll be for it to get to Dave Smith

Have you seen videos of railroad car carriers? They are all tagged from front to back by idiots. Since the sides of those rail cars have holes in the sides I wonder how many cars inside get paint on them? That won't happen to yours. Besides you lost our bet, my Jeep is currently in Detroit and I emailed Mike MacDonald to route it here.

I’ve never seen the rail carrier before lol mines in Detroit too haha I wonder why they ship them from OH to MI next then to WA then ID. Doesn’t make sense to me why they ship them to MI. Very curious as to when it’ll show up to the dealership or when I’ll at least have an estimated eta!

Either it goes up into Canada and then to Spo-cane or it crosses th UP of Michigan then follows I90 which goes thru Kellogg to the drop in WA.
Here if you mail a letter to someone in our city the post office sends it 60 miles to Omaha, sorts it, and sends it back. My title was mailed to me from my dealer 6 miles away and took a four day 120 mile trip to get to my door. Wonder why they can't make money?

Good to know! That sucks it goes through Kellogg and then has to back track back there again. Yeah the usps is terrible here too! No wonder why they just raised the price of stamps haha. I’m really praying I only have like three weeks maximum to go! I just want my Rubicon already almost 90 days into my wait lol
