BFG KO2 37" Not 10 ply?

Doesn't look like they make the BFG KO2 37" tire in a 10 ply. Why is this?

I drive a lot of roads with boney rocks that can pop tires and want to use chains on them. I always try to get 10 plys in the past.

This tire sounds really good on road and off for my application - don't want mud terrains.

Any other similar flavor tires out there?
