I am going to replace two smaller portable battery stations with a single larger capacity portable power station. Right now, both Bluetti and Anker have a really good deal on the size that I want. The Bluetti has a 100 or so more watt hours than the Anker and is 50 bucks less, but the Anker is 7 pounds lighter and a touch smaller. I have always thought Anker had a slightly better reputation than Bluetti (no offense to Matt at Ozark Overland...ha), but perhaps that is not true. I would imagine either one would be fine but just curious as to what you guys think. Thanks.

I can only speak to the Anker. I've never had a problem with any Anker product. Thye also seem to strive for industry standards.

Until the past couple years, I would’ve agreed with you. But I’ve purchased a few Anker batteries (or products with batteries) that have died super fast. I’m not sure if they are outliers and I’m unlucky, or if Anker is resting on its reputation and let their QC slide.

I've been lucky so far. I hope this doesn't become common and that you did have outliers.

I have a smaller Bluetti that hasn't failed me for about 2 years now. But charging phones, speakers and running camp lights is the extent of use.

Thanks guys...I know both of these brands seem to have a decent reputation. Probably safe to go with either one.

I can’t speak to either, but I am super happy with my Ecoflow setup. Delta 2Max
I'm not opposed to Ecoflow. Currently though Anker has a 1056 wh unit for under 500 and Bluetti has one for about 450. And both have 1800 watt inverters. These are perfect for what I need. I didn't see anything from Ecoflow with those specs at that price.

1024Wh LiFePO4 battery with 1800W AC/100W USB-C output, charges 7x faster for home backup, camping, and RVs. Its a popular product! https://a.co/d/b9whjkR
Well, dang...I stand corrected. That's right in line with the sale price of the Bluetti AC180 and the Anker Solix c1000

I have a BLUETTI and have had good results with it. I mainly use it to run my fridge when camping or away from electric. It’s worked well.

I hear you. Definitely a premium on price but I really like the ecosystem. I have the Ecoflow Glacier (fridge) and their 800w alternator/generator and their 175w solar panel on board. A very nice app that controls them all.
