Thanks for getting back. I ordered the lights last night and called today and got the same answer, the lights were already shipped so I am where I am. Would be good if you could put a note on the website letting Canadian clients know that needs done as I don't have a tazer so this adds another 300+ to the price for me. As much as I expect to like the lights it would have put them over my price threshold (with the exchange, tax, duty and shipping I am already about $1000 in.).

I do however appreciate the good customer service I have received here and on the phone. Anyone around Saint John, NB have a tazer I can rent for 10 minutes?

Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate your note on the service. I will speak to the team for processing and see if we can get a note listed somewhere.

We hope this works out for you and you like the product!

Me again! I did follow up with our product specialist about this and he had two more suggestions for you!

There are easy solutions if they don’t want to buy a tazer (they will need one if they are doing other mods anyway)

1) The DRL only comes into use in the AUTO setting so simply switch the headlights to the ON position. The headlights will still turn off after few minutes when the vehicle is parked just like in AUTO mode.

2) The sun light sensor on the dash is what tells the DRL to turn on, if you simply put a piece a black electric tape over the sensroe the DRL is inactivated.

I have to say my impression of your company is excellent, really looking to help your customers. I had thought I might be able to just cover the sensor (lights will always run but I guess that won't hurt anything). I will post some pics and commentary on the solution (including after some cold wet snowy trips) for the other canucks when I have had them for awhile.

Never understood the need to spend $300-$600 on headlights, only if you play on the online casinos like me and win money on the CanPlay casino, I love it I found it on the https://bestcasinos-ca.com/reviews/canplay-casino.php . Yes, the factory ones are terrible but you can get LED headlights that are CREE (Phillips) work great and are sub $100 for a set.

I installed them over the holiday, needed to aim them lower than recommended to avoid getting flashed by others but they are fine set this way. They will flicker if the DRL current comes on but covering the sensor will solve that issue. They are very bright and a significant improvement over stock. I would recommend them, install was easy and they produce great usable light, very happy with them. Too so far great customer service.
