I have a "condensation" issue with my OEM L taillight, so since replacing due to suspected housing issue - looking at best replacement.
Its a tossup between @Metalcloak JL LO PROFILE TAILLIGHT and oracle-jeep-wrangler-jl-black-series-led-tail-lights.

Go with the Oracles. They looks 100% better and produce way more light. They just look sleep and don't bulge out. They are expensive, but worth the money especially if you get them used.

Coming from a JK, the JW Speaker JK taillights seemed to be the best and brightest.

I haven't seemed to find a JL equivalent; The Oracle flush seem to maybe the closest.

Suggestions on best aftermarket JL taillight?

I believe the OEM taillamps are Full LED, at least on higher trim variants of the JL.

Not all. The factory LED looks great i think, but the factory holgen is meh.

My 24 Willys has LED head lights... and halogen tails. Such a weird choice by Jeep, and not worth spending $$$ on the safety group just for LED tail lights.

While the OEM halogen tail lights do look correct, if a bit chunky, their luminosity is a bit underwhelming. This is doubly apparent when contrasting them with the plethora of bright tail lights that are broadly evident on other vehicle brands & models.
