So, I hope all are well here. Just a few General notes. I now have 65,500 miles on my 2018 Wrangler JL Sahara. Original windshield, original batteries, no bad welds. Had the steering box replaced when the TSB came out. Had a sparkplug issue at 42000 miles, of course it was on the driver's side, and it was expensive. not warranty. So, when the sparkplug failed, I was about 400 miles away from home and it was a Sunday, so I drove it home on 5 cylinders and 4th gear (8spd Auto). I notice around 62K miles it started staying in 3rd gear a little longer than normal. So, at 65,500 miles (today) I had the Automatic fluid and filter changed. $464.00 they flushed and replace all the fluid not just the 5-6 qrts in the pan like the YouTube mechanics. Shifts fine now. Whatever, I am well pleased with the Jeep and my dealership at this point. I'm 63 and not interested in climbing under the Jeep and get Transmission fluid all over me. I'll do springs and lockers just not trannies :) sorry couldn't help myself.

I did put 17" wheels with 34" Nitto Ridge Grapplers on it. Which are wearing like iron btw. Why 34s? Well, when I did it the scamdemic was full blown and frankly I couldn't get 35's at the time. That being said, with the recalibration with the TAZER and after driving it for 1k miles I have 8th gear without changing the gearing in the axles. Gas Mileage is essentially the same around 22-23 on LONG trips 17 around town. A major WIN in my book. Besides the difference in overall height would only have been 1/2". I did do a SKyjacker 2" spring lift but went with Bilstein Shocks perfect for what I do. Got a TorqLocker up front. May change it out for an OX Locker. Everyone has their own needs and opinions. That's fine my setup works for me. I'll post an updated pic when I get a chance. Been busy. Everyone have a great rest of the year!
