lol, I knew a guy who married a Canadian as well. He told her this, "I love you dearly, but if you ever teach our children to say Zed, you are gone!"Lol. My wife is Canadian and has a degree in Speech Pathology, her mom is a retired school principal. My ‘Merica language gets corrected often. I just tell them when they learn to spell color, check, and learn to pronounce the letter Z, then they can correct my English.
Before my wife became a citizen, I used to tell her if she didn’t make me a sammich, I would have her deported.lol, I knew a guy who married a Canadian as well. He told her this, "I love you dearly, but if you ever teach our children to say Zed, you are gone!"

And it's "axle", not "axel".Joking aside, I believe some people need to proofread their posts. Their, There and They're are constantly used incorrectly. Roll and role are mixed up frequently and it makes me want to punch through my screen.![]()
“A successful post is not made of what is in it, but what is left out of it.”

“One should never use exclamation points in writing. It is like laughing at your own joke.”
