Lol. My wife is Canadian and has a degree in Speech Pathology, her mom is a retired school principal. My ‘Merica language gets corrected often. I just tell them when they learn to spell color, check, and learn to pronounce the letter Z, then they can correct my English.
lol, I knew a guy who married a Canadian as well. He told her this, "I love you dearly, but if you ever teach our children to say Zed, you are gone!"

Before my wife became a citizen, I used to tell her if she didn’t make me a sammich, I would have her deported.

Joking aside, I believe some people need to proofread their posts. Their, There and They're are constantly used incorrectly. Roll and role are mixed up frequently and it makes me want to punch through my screen.
And it's "axle", not "axel".

“A successful post is not made of what is in it, but what is left out of it.”
-Mark Twain, probably

“One should never use exclamation points in writing. It is like laughing at your own joke.”
-also Mark Twain, definitely

I like exclamation points for showing enthusiasm for what another has said.
Like now, for the above post!

From now on, ending sentences with prepositions is something up with which I will not put!
