Battery tie down?

Does anyone know if the rubicon jlu has a battery tie down? Looking at going to the York PA jeep show and they require battery tie downs if you want to participate in the courses. I looked at the battery and it does not seem to move very easy. Any help is appreciated.

My RAM doesn't have a tiedown, because the battery is secured in it's tray with base clamps at the bottom of the battery, so

I'll assume the JL uses the same system

Well, the JL and JLU each have two batteries on board. You have the Main 12v battery that you can see really easily under the hood and then you have the small secondary, aux battery which resides / hides under the power distribution center.

The main 12v battery is secured very well with heavy duty base clamps. The smaller secondary battery (aux battery) is housed/secured in a carrier.

Neither battery can easily become a projectile.

In closing, BOTH batteries are physically restrained as if, well tied down.

I would not want to partake in any Jeep event that thought a stock Wrangler wasn't offroad ready...so either you'll be fine, or you don't want to be at this event.

The clamp is considered a tie down. I do tech inspections at the Jeep Jamboree in Uwharrie.
