Battery/Starter/Alternator? Help

I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler with .about 30K miles, one day it wouldnt start. Headlights worked, windows rolled down very slowy. Got a jump and it started but the back camera didnt work anymore and Autozone said it wasnt the battery, but the dashboard showed the check engine light and battery light as well. Help!

Do you have the LED package because LED require almost no power to turn on

Could be a bad EES battery. There is a thread that explains how to isolate the battery to check if a TSB has been performed and helps with diag a bad EES bat.

I don’t know the cost but the ESS battery is small. I’d guess around $100-$150 max. But I’m guessing.

It’s under the fuse box. But it’s easier to pull the passenger side wheel liner and replace thru there. There are videos on YouTube.

The battery light usually means low alternator output, did Autozone check the alternator output? If you don't drive enough to keep the batteries charged, you may need to use a battery charger.

I’ve never had a new vehicle’s battery last more than a few years. Replacing them with a higher quality battery they usually last about 5-8 years. Manufacturers will use lower cost batteries so at 4 years the alternator may play a part but the battery/batteries need to be replaced.

Replace both batteries. They are old.
