Greetings!
It's been a while since I had my daily wrestling match with the electrical nightmare that was my 1987 Buick Grand National, so I may have forgotten a thing or two.
I wired up 2 pairs of DV8 cube fog lights on the hood and a pair of Baja fogs on the bumper. When I hook up a power wires to the cube light's positive wire, they give off tiny sparks (but doesn't pop the 30amp fuse). I see them if I gently rub the two positive connectors together. However, I don't get any sparks when I connect the Baja lights (or any other electrical connection like PowerSteps, rock lights, etc.) to the same power source.
I know I get some small sparks when I hook up battery terminals to a vehicle.
So I performed the following 2 tests after unplugging the wires at each light:
Am I missing a test?
Thanks in advance for your help!

- I hooked up a test light to a power source and connected it to the wiring. It did not light up.
- I used a multi-meter to test for continuity with the ground. I got no measurement at all.
Am I missing a test?
Thanks in advance for your help!
