Ball\Spherical Clamp - Over Torqued

Hi all,

I installed my new Borla Climber system tonight and over torqued the bolt on the ball clamp that connects the muffler to the exhaust header. The bolt snapped in half.

For the life of me, I can’t find a replacement online.

Can someone please assist?

I can’t seem to find the right diameter. The Borla exhaust says 2.5”, but I can’t find one online to save my life.

I was able to buy a replacement clamp at Summit racing and just used the nuts and bolts from that one to tighten the OEM ball clamp.

Remove the stud from the nut and take all the parts down to Ace Hardware. They carry an extensive variety of nuts and bolts, just match up the bolt to the parts you brought with you. I usually go to Ace before Home Depot for stuff like this.
