Backup Lighting Options?

Currently looking for options to increase the brightness behind my Jeep when backing up at night. I am brand new to modifying so hoping there are some options that are easier than others to install. Anyone have any recommendations? I don’t have the tow package/AUX switches so hoping to connect this solution to existing backup lights if possible.
