Backup camera bezel

How important is it to have this bezel attached on the rear back up camera? Got a set of new wheels/lug nuts and the OEM bezel wont fit. Is it a huge deal if I don’t have this on? Pic attached.

Lots of guys/gals run without the bezel/cover... Anyway, there is no problem running without it..

Mine was gone 12k miles in. Currently at 83k. Good vibes so far.

Just remember to go easy ... to be real careful when removing your spare.

Having to remove the/a bezel slows a guy/gal down a tad so they may think think to be careful/mindful, not to let the spare hit/come in contact with the pricey / protruding camera that will break pretty easily when the heavy spare hits it..
