Average Base Price?

Just curious what is the average price base price ya'll paid for your JL. I'm talking before tax, freight PDI, A/C, and other dealer charges? My dealer charged me $56,925 for my JLU Sahara 8 speed, basically what MSRP is on my configuration from jeep.ca. Fully loaded without smokers package, tow package, and safety tech package.

Same thats why I'm trying to see what's out there I when my Sahara on order but I haven't signed paperwork yet and my salesman and his manager are usually very accommodating, might be able to work something out.

I find using some of the 3rd party tools in Canada are a big help. I used both unhaggle and carcostcanada to get dealer invoice prices for my build as well as all incentives and preferred financing / lease rates. From there paying a small premium or discount to invoice depending on your region is probably a decent guide. Also watch for hidden fees that seem to pop up at the last minute - i found sometimes a dealer saying they will sell at invoice price is just hiding the profit somewhere else

Paying near MSRP for a JL on the lot is understandable since it's one of the hottest vehicles made by FCA. However, if it's a factory order, you should be able to get close to invoice pricing if you shop around.

My JLUR isn't arriving until next month but I was able to get invoice pricing on a JLUR which works out to around $5,000 under MSRP.

If you can't find a dealer willing to sell for close to invoice, you may want to buy from out of province. You can buy at invoice in Toronto or $500 over invoice in Calgary. Not sure about other cities...

I just did a 2019 build online, exactly the same as my 2018 and the new MSRP is $54,840. I guess they didn't hear people when they said the prices are a little high.
