When you say auxiliary, are you referring to pillar lights?

I installed the Rigid Side Shooter Cubes. They are nice quality lights. Small in size but excellent light output.

I chose Rigid IndD D-XlPro Dot/Sae J583 Fog Light Set & D-SRS SAE FOG SELECTIVE YLW pods. I put the larger ones on the front and the others on my a-pillars.

It gets very foggy here and I've also encountered thick fog on long road trips. Last year I had to drive overnight to help family in another state and the heavy fog rolled on for many states. This past September I had to run to Oregon to evacuate an elderly family member and the sky was thick with wildfire smoke.

These lights are amazing. They cut through the haze and don't blind folks. Occasionally I'll get some busy body who'll pester me for having a-pillars on. I turn them off when I pass or am passed, just so I don't shine into folks vehicles. The cops never say anything or stop me. I only run them when it's REALLY hard to see. I've avoided a number of deer, a few pronghorns and a coyote thanks to them.
