Auto Watch threading after posting

Good morning everyone. Apparently i clicked a setting change somewhere and cant figure out where. Every time i reply on a thread it automatically Watches the Thread. How do i remove this? Its quite annoying to get 2 dozen emails a day for threads i dont want to watch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m no expert, but go in preferences on you signature and go into email options, there’s a “automatically watch content you interact with “ box see if it’s checked ..

Thanks Gens, that was it. thanks for the quick link too. No idea how i manged to hit that, that far into the settings. I'll blame the toddler playing on my phone when i leave it down LOL @yokramer @Roky

Don't feel bad...I know I never changed that setting on my account, but started getting email notifications for every thread I posted to starting a few weeks back.
