Attaching front license plate without drilling?

I was excited today to get my new Rugged Ridge steel winch bumper and winch installed and got home and realized there was no way to mount the license plate and its required but I don't want to drill... Has anyone on the forum ever used velcros or adhesive to attach the plate.. I thought that might work and then I also saw the brackets for the fairlead rollers but most dont work with the XRC Smittybilt Gen3 9500lb winch. Anyone have an answer? I can't drill anything

on my own and want it to be as easy as possible.. Maybe a JB Weld superglue (which if it works would make it hard to steal) ANy suggestions woud be greatly appreciated
I thin also covering up the fairlead sort of takes away the aesthetics of the look Just my opinion

my setup is similar to yours.. fairlead and all.. what I did was pinch the license plate between the fairlead and the bumper. no need to drill.. glue.. velcro.. brackets.. etc..... it won't go anywhere... believe me.. LOL

Jip ties on the D Ring stopped me being stopped. Not the cleanest look but functional.
