When you say 'relocation bracket' are you referring to the wheel spacers I mentioned? I only installed those to get a slightly wider stance as well as sit flush with the fender flare extenders, not to avoid rubbing. With a 35x11.50 tire on stock rims I can't imagine they would rub on a Rubicon if installed without wheel spacers. They have more wheel clearance from the factory vs other trims. But all that depends on what rims and tires someone is running. If they install wider 35" tires on aftermarket rims, they could rub depending on the rim offset as well as how wide they went with the tire.I’m a little disappointed that you can’t fit a 35 without the relocation bracket. I was under the impression it could handle a 35”. Maybe because it’s larger than most other 35s?
