Seems they screwed up on the bill of sale. In fairness, they made a mistake. I wouldn't try to rake them over the coals for something you agreed to and they screwed up.
Iām sorry you had that experience with them. I had the opposite, which is why I recommended them based on my dealings with them. But, I had two offers before negotiating with them; Iām not sure if that was the difference. I just posted on the recommended dealers thread Beck Jeepās latest offers, if anyone is interested.

Steve White Jeep is just one of over a dozen dealerships that did not work out. Received a "Price Guaranty" from the dealer that was eventually selected ... they did not even blink an eye in providing the price guaranty. Koons VA and Superior AR were the ones that were the most professional and 100% transparent ... Superior AR was much less expensive.So the dealer was using this MMR to base the residual from. Is it not typical that residual is based off MSRP? Just to confirm.
Correct, most times, everytime, for me, it's based off of MSRP.
Depends on current build status. If you are C or D, should be able to change it. D1, possibly. Contact your dealership immediately if you want to try and modify it.
Youāll have to call your dealer and ask them. Itās not impossible, Iāve changed an order in D. Your dealer will tell you whether or not they can do it. Good luck.
