Doubt it the Wrangler has the old 8.4 uconnect system
Rant--------
Wrangler uConnect are usually Jeep's dated systems that cost an arm and a leg vs the newer systems that go into the other vehicles etc, not sure if those newer versions are any better either.
When I had the JK, people were praising the 8.4, when I got the 8.4 in the JL is was underwhelming junk for the $ it cost.
It's a big ole ugly screen in the middle of the dash, I wouldn't mind deleting that, but it would then just be a big ole ugly hole in the middle of the dash.
No, there's no change in the key system for 2023. But proximity keyless entry works great with the fob in your pocket. Get a threedom replacement case to slim it down more.
I have PAAK on my Mache and it is glitchy to the point that I don’t use it. It also needs a backup system of entry and startup in case your phone battery dies which means some type of exterior keypad. Not worth it IMHO.
