I don't think I've even been that hard up for space. And if I'm "on the trail" I don't need something hanging further back from the hitch.

All good, I just saw it and figured I'd put it here in case someone did think it was a good idea.

I guess you have never come down a steep drop and landed hard on the rear bumper and hitch.

I don't think it is meant to ride on the hitch full time is it? I just assume you put it there when you need it as a step. But even so, I would say most camping thet people do in their jeeps isn't banging on their hitches to get there. I've seen so many that have that bignass hitch cargo rack out camping as well. Kinda always considered getting one of those.

Not if you go where most vehicles can't get to. That wouldn't survive a single trail where I'm from.

Read save space and was very disappointed lol. I’ve got a fold up shovel and a hatchet that’s serves as hammer that doesn’t take up much space already. Cool idea though.

For me sometimes a tool comes down to; how much I'm going to use it vs cost and convenience.
I keep this little rascal in my jeep - $13.50, storage no problem.

I think for camping and over-landing trips it could be very useful. But the first time you use it like they do in that video that anodizing isn't going to look so pretty anymore. :)

I've had multiple people make fun of my shovel, but if any of them need a shovel on the trail EVERYONE asks to borrow mine. Yes, after a single comment I give them a hard time for it.
