Just ask @cosine he knows!
Look like a perfect tire for our JLs, D-rated 315/70/17s for about $250 available exclusively from Discount Tire (and 10% off if you get the DT credit line). Get great reviews from all I've seen, have good wet/winter siping and only weigh 64 lbs. Taller than most 315s and seem to wear as well as STT Pros, only con that I've seen is the 2 ply sidewall.
I can live with that :)'

They are new but it looks like they have pretty good technology behind them

Those look promising, hopefully they can get the full specs up as far as weight, true OD, etc.
The thing I really like about the Coopers is they seem to be pretty much a STT Pro w/ a 2ply sidewall and D-rated, and those STT pros are about as good as it gets for what I'm wanting.

Thanks for posting those, I'll keep checking on them prior to my next tire purchase :)

I've been looking into as many tires as possible and those popped up so they must be brand new. I'm wanting a 3 peak AT so those aren't on my radar.

I too was wanting 3peak snow rated for my next set. I've been reading some pretty good reviews regarding the STT Pros in the cold & wet, I think the full-depth sipes have a lot to do with the cold & wet performance of that tire. The Cooper MTPs share that element, it's M+S rated so still decent in that regard.

Initially I wasn't going to look at a non 3PMSF tire, but the more I look the more I may be willing to compromise that for the more aggressive overall nature of the tire. Luckily I don't encounter prolonged driving in below freezing temps or deal w/ much snow so there's that :)

I have some Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT's and I can't say enough good things about them. They really are a fantastic tire.
They're not mud tires but still do excellent off-road and are extremely quiet on. Best tire I've driven in the rain, too.

Those kind of look like the Old Fierce Attitude tires or Kelly MTR’s they had a while back. I liked them. Side wall bites like a shark. Almost lost control of my truck on the highway when I feared o to the shoulder in a construction zone (had to yank the wheel hard to go over the uneven pavement and then the truck took off to the right).

I’ve been looking at tires regularly for a year lol. Anyway, I can’t recall where but I found a review or two on these Hankook’s but it wasn’t great. I think it was in regards to wet traction even though it’s the siping and previous experience with another Hankook tire that made me look into these. I found one site show a weight listed for one and they were about middle of the pack on up for weight in the size I was looking at. Again, that was a while back.
