Texas Anyone ordered anything from M.O.R.E. recently?

As the title says --- anyone ordered anything from MORE recently?

I ordered an aluminum oil / belly skid pan a month ago. Apart from sending me a confirmation email and taking the money, I haven't heard anything since. I've sent three emails asking for updates, as the item description page said it was only a 10 business day ship time. None of them have been responded to.

I leave for a 10 day, 3000 mile trip in two weeks and I thought 6 weeks of lead time ordering a skid plate was enough.

Bump for awareness and another question.

Still don't have the skid plate or any updates on shipping / production. None of my emails have been responded to. AND the phone number listed on the installation instructions doesn't go anywhere.

Does anyone have a current phone number for MORE / Mountain Offroad?

I'm at the point of disputing the charges w/ my bank and ordering a full @Metalcloak set after the New Year.

Had no idea they were like that, good to know. Phone # going nowhere is pretty weird, I think all that radio silence would make me dispute n order from Artec or MC yeah

You should try and look them up on social media. Companies usually respond daily to inquiries on Facebook & Instagram. Try a DM first before you blast them on their media page though.
