Anyone else have problems with Quadratec?

I ordered LoD rock sliders for JL December 4th of 2025 from Quadratic. As near as I can tell they have done nothing to fill the order. I called Quadratec at the end of month 1 and month 2 and got the feeling they didn't GAF. I also e-mailed LoD the 2nd month and was told they didn't have the order. They also said the lead time was about 3 weeks on my part. Month 6 and still waiting. Make of it what you will.

Another unsatisfied customer! Hopefully others will go elsewhere to buy mods for their Jeeps!

Just wondering if my ongoing trouble with customer service at Quadratec is something others have experienced. Bought a Mopar soft top through them based on reputation but it came with broken piece. Month later they still haven't replaced and aren't answering my inquiries. Did send me the wrong part at one point .
Any recommendations of a company for future mods?

I must be one of the lucky ones, I’ve never had a real problem with them. But they are in Pa and I’m in NJ, so we are close, maybe that helps.
