Anyone else have problems with Quadratec?

Just wondering if my ongoing trouble with customer service at Quadratec is something others have experienced. Bought a Mopar soft top through them based on reputation but it came with broken piece. Month later they still haven't replaced and aren't answering my inquiries. Did send me the wrong part at one point .
Any recommendations of a company for future mods?

No problems with Quadratec but my first go to is always @Northridge4x4

I have ordered many many things from them. Only had an issue with 1 thing. A bumper arrived with a dead fog light. I called them up and they sent me an entire new bumper and told me take whatever you need off it and send it back. I was very pleased with how it was handled.

No issues.
Just have to be careful with returns of items that you did not like or were what you expected.
They work with couriers to ship you items at reasonable cost, but not for returns.
You bear the full cost of handling shipping on your own, which can be very expensive (large or heavy) and defeat the purpose of a return if you live, say, on the West coast.

I’ve also been having issues. I ordered some rock sliders and they arrived with the wrong mounting hardware. I’ve been on the phone with Quadratec every month since January trying to fix this issue, and I have messaged them almost weekly during the last two months. I am told every time that they are in contact with the manufacturer to send out the right parts. I emailed the manufacturer yesterday to see if this is actually true. I’m waiting on their response. Every other time I have ordered from Quadratec, they have been great, so I’m not sure why this order is such a problem. It may be negligence from the manufacturer, but at the very least I’d like a clearer explanation from QT.

Sorry to see I am not alone in this! I was told "7 to 10 days" a month ago.
