Has anyone removed their carpet completely and had Linex sprayed on the inside of their JL tub?

Pros and consm
Would you do it again?
Did you use a color?
Would you do it again?
Thanks...

Never did the Tub but did both bumper on the JK. The thing was really thick and not sure I would do this inside the jeep unless they can thin it up or you may end up with some fitting issue.

I thought linex was only for coverage not so much to have traffic on it, however if you are just talking about any types of liners, remember to take them off you will end up using an angle grinder and abrasive pads. but I have thought about different options for my diesel, under the driver and pass seat there is so much wasted room with the carpet and electrical wires ran by what looks like a 3 year old. I know why so many of the JL series have electrical issues after the first week of owning it and having the complete carpet out of it, kinda made me sad, but once it was all fixed i was happy.

I had Line-X installed in my 1999 Chevy Silverado about 15 years ago and it's still as good as the day it went on. if I were going to do it, that's the brand for sure. Lifetime warranty nation wide. I would suggest finding a dealer who has sprayed the tub before. Like the other post said, you might need to sand down a few spots where stuff is tight. I had one issue in the beginning, when I went to shut my tailgate it would not latch. I had a hissy fit and told it that it was going to shut or I'd smash the shit out of it until it did. I slammed it so hard it chipped a quarter size spot off the side of the bed. I had pulled the corner of the tail gate out of it's post and that's why it took out a piece. I took it back up there and they wasted no time sanding the connection points down and they repaired the hole I made.
I have thought about stripping mine down and spraying all of it too but that's a level of commitment I have not reached yet. I would like to find an old one that I can strip down and do this to.

I did it to my old TJ, and loved it, I was hoping to find somebody who has done it to their JL to see if they had issues with wiring being exposed afterwards or anything like that...
