Any new 2024 owners using adventure guide?

I have a 2024 Willys and I have watched the videos showing the jeep adventure guide app that has trails and such. One video said it was on all models/trims of 2024 models but it does not seem to be on my Willys. On the dash screen Under vehicle option and right below off road pages it shows in videos I watched but mine just has off road pages. No adventure guide option. Anyone else not have it on theirs? I'd like to know what the status of the Jeep / Trails Off Road / TomTom integration is too.

The owners manuals show the 'Adventure Guide' as being available from about 4 different places on the dash but I do not have any of them.

Trails Offroad has an announcement in May which mentions TomTom as well.

I have trial subscriptions to all the services except wifi hotspot, so that part should be good.

At some point there must be a way to link in either an existing Trails Offroad account or to subscribe to a new service, but Jeep Connect has nothing like that available at the moment.

I use Car play and the Trails off-road app. The follow trail feature is awesome. I'm assuming the "adventure guide" is the same feature just, marketed with fancy words.

I believe it's the 'onX Offroad' subscription/app..

I'm fairly sure that it is not an carplay / android auto app.

I called Jeep customer service and the summary is that this seems to be a new feature and they are not up to speed on it. Nice people, but they could not help me and after half an hour told me to chase the dealer for information.

Jeep Connect shows these 'packages' - 'assistance', 'vehicle performance', 'navigation' and 'safety', which I am subscribed to all of. There are no more packages or services to subscribe to.

The Jeep Connect app shows things like the location and fuel level, but has nothing that looks like trails offroad or adventure guide. I can send locations to the Jeep navi. The uconnect shows gas stations with fuel prices. So that parts seems to be working.

I can use gaia on carplay but this feature should be built into the uconnect.

Update: Going through the emails about the hot spot I found my vehicle has a phone number. No one answers however.

Update 2: I also had emailed customer care and they told me to call customer service.

Pretty sure onX and trails off-road are separate apps. Can anyone confirm? I have a premium subscription to trails at 25 a year it’s a good deal. I will probably bite the bullet and get onX too

They are separate apps. It doesn't sound like you can use offline maps on trails-offroad. If that's the case, who needs it. I really like ONX.

Rubicon X here... Don't have it either. Must not be launched yet? Very odd. Wondering if it will come via an over the air update.

A promise from Jeep not fulfilled. I also bought a 24 Sahara and was told this feature is still under development. I am not sure why they are advertising it when it is not available.​

2024 Rubicon X, the app is not installed on my vehicle. Lousy marketing by Jeep.
