This poll is also really just an ownership poll. The group with the most owners active on the forum will have the higher percentage.

Took my JLUR to the dealership for a broken center console latch. The part has been on order for the past month. Was told that others had the same issue and parts on order.
Well, through the help of these boards, I fixed my issue with the latch. To look at it, you would never know it was broken.

I'd probably would have applied for my SS benefits before the dealer ever got back to me.

You said technically speaking. I'm just saying, it's more "cosmetically speaking".
I don't dispute that a lot of it is cosmetic as opposed to functional. Rubicon is totally the off-road king, no disputing that!:like: With that said, really not trying to hijack yet another thread with Moab vs Rubicon bickering. :jk:

Completely right! You'd need another poll to ask everyone here what they own and then calculate that into the findings of this poll. Sounds awesome for math nerds like me!

Disagreeing with objective fact doesn't usually lead to productive conversation.

Can you clarify? Curious who is disagreeing with facts.

Of course they all have mostly the same parts, and there are probably parts that are only on some trims that are more prone to failure. I assume that's what the OP is looking for, although I'm not so sure this is the best way to gather that data. A better question to ask may be "What issues did you have that caused a dealership appointment?" to narrow it down to specific parts.

Maybe include add three more options with "No issues" against each trim. This way we can calculate % problems for each trim. Otherwise it will be just skewed by the ownership percentage.
