I have owned Weathertech floor liner's, factory floor liner's and various brand floor liner's .... but my favorite floor liner (the one I stuck with) is the @Bestop floor liner.
Bestop Floorliner:
Fit/coverage is very good.
The way the front floor liner secures to the floor is excellent.
They are very easy to clean.
Beach Sand does not adhere/stick to the floor liner.
They do not loose their color/fade over time.
Do not show scuffs.
They do not lose their shape or bow in on the sides over time.
Foot to floor liner feel is excellent.
Priced right.
The only thing I do not like is the Bestop logo on the floor liner. The logo is easily covered over, with a quality sticker though.
I've had the OEM Jeep All-Weather mats in both of my JLs and really like the look of them. If I'm going to have a giant logo, I'd prefer it to be an OEM logo, but that's just a preference thing. I do like the logo sticker modification that @Rhinebeck01 did to the Bestop mats in his photo. I may have given those more consideration when I bought my most recent set if I'd have known of that logo sticker option, as that was another design I thought looked nice.
They're Made in the USA and Quadratec has served us Jeepers for a long time. I've used the same style in my last Jeep as well, and they still looked new after 10 years (when cleaned, of course!).
I bought my rear from the smartliner brand, they have complete floor coverage which I liked. More so than other popular brands at less cost. My fronts and cargo are Husky which are great so far. Even bought them slightly used.
personally I prefer the Armorlite kit at goarmorlite.com American made and built specifically for the vehicle.
3 major benefits;
- water, mud and debris protection for your flooring, can be cleaned very easily.
- Temperature protection. keeps the floor cooler when the engine and transmission is working th hardest
- Sound deadening qualities.
I usually get OEM mats, but I decided to go with the WeatherTech FloorLiner HP for my JT.
I highly recommend the FloorLiner HP because they have extra high raised edges and a barely-noticeable logo. Note that the FloorLiner HP is different from the FloorLiner and All-Weather Floor Mats that WeatherTech sells.
I went smartliner with my 24 due to the cost being significantly less than weather techs. They seem well constructed and offer great coverage. So far I am pleased. Cannot attest to how they'll hold up over time yet though.
The only thing I don't like about the Mopar mats is how the 2 rear ones connect together. I rarely have any passengers in the backseat, but the 2 sides always seem to come apart when I do.
