When I poke the on/off button for the ignition in the Jeep (2022 JLU), there are three actual positons - ACC, RUN, and Start. then just like a keyed car, once started goes back to RUN. I am in search of a fuse that will be OFF when OFF, and have power only when in ACC position. I have been using a fuse that is ON when in the RUN position, but i would prefer one that is on with just ACC only. I have already have an "add on fuse" to F53. I see that i can use F43/45, but the add-on fuse from F53 covers F45, and then sticks out too far to put the cover back on. I am currently using F58 (passenger heated seat) spot, but its only powered in the RUN position. So where this question is coming from is that i noticed when in the RUN position there sounds like a pump that is running in the engine bay. I often turn on my ham radio while waiting for my wife, and dont want to sit there with some pump running for 30min or longer while i wait. I have tried a couple others fuses that google has said, but they are either hot when off, or not powered till RUN. What i am connecting is a home made AUX switch of 6 round lit rocker switches that fits into the empty spot in the center console (attached pic for reference). I think i need a 20A fuse, but I may not, which could expand my options. this AUX switch panel only activates relays, and is not directly connected to any device, and i doubt that i will ever have more than 3-4 devices on at any time.
