Another Tire Carrier Question

Hello guys. I have a question. Is there a combination Rear Bumper/Tire Carrier for a '18 JL 4-door that will allow the spare tire to be swung away from the rear door, then letting the rear window be raised before the door is opened? I'd also like to keep all the factory camera, sensors, 3rd brake light, etc. Is there one available?

The tailgate needs to be swung open first, before the window can be lifted up. It's not just the spare tire that blocks the window from going up.

I guess I'm more lost than I thought. The only things I knew keeping the window from raising are the spare tire and brake light. I would think the brake light could be moved to spare tire carrier and swing away with the tire.

I replaced my factory tire carrier with the Teraflex Alpha HD tailgate mounted carrier. It moves the third brake light to a bracket that slides over the new camera housing.

The wiring harness for the brake light and camera comes out of a rubber grommet lined hole, just left of center, in the tailgate. A harness extension would be needed for a swing away, bumper mounted carrier. There are also options for bumper mounted carriers that are designed to swing with the gate, and than others that mount to the gate and provide replacement, beefed up hinges to safely handle heavier wheel/tire combos.

I'm overall very pleased with the carrier I mentioned above and plan on getting their hinged tailgate reinforcement when it becomes available.
