I know spots go up highland food go down low. My question is which color is better for spots/floods. I have factory LEDs with laminar amber over my fogs and don't really notice a difference with them.

My vote, had them on last 2 JL's, diode dynamics SS3 amber/yellow fogs, great to have in snowy conditions up here in NH, great in fog, but I also like how they mix with the LED headlights for a warm light directly in front of the Jeep...

I like my amber Baja Designs Squadron SAE factory fog replacements. Super bright!

Day to day driving, the difference is negligible, but in heavy rain, the amber definitely helps me see better. It’s mostly because the human eye will perceive less glare with amber/yellow than white.

Amber is super nice for any adverse conditions or if you have sensitive eyes, but if you’re just trying to get as much light out there as possible for clear conditions, you may prefer white.

At the end of the day it’s personal preference. In my case, I have only added amber lights to my rig because I have somewhat sensitive eyes and I find the lighting easier to work with in a variety of conditions. Especially snow!

I just got ditch lights in amber, any lights I want for adverse conditions, so my fogs, floods for rain/snow/fog I want in amber, everything else can be white for distance lighting.

It’s annoying, fog lights are supposed to be yellow/amber, to ya know see thru fog! Now all the automakers are just putting in extra driving lights. Besides, the yellow fogs are far more useful on street and just plain look awesome!

Don’t have to worry about snow in central Florida but rain can be PIA. I do some night trail riding also so I want to maximize light output. Thing Rigid 4” round spots in white on the cowl amber floods in the bumper

I have Rigid amber fog lights installed. Two larger ones on my brush bar and two small ones on the sides. They've come in very, very handy. It gets very foggy where I live, lots of snow too. Plus once I had to drive across the Midwest overnight and it was THICK fog from Indiana to Pennsylvania. I love them.

I’ll second this. The OEM LED headlights are so bright that I was skeptical if amber Baja Squadron lights would make a noticeable difference in inclement weather. The first night time deluge in NC after installation, I turned them on and could immediately tell a difference in visibility. Even the young lady on a date with me commented on the difference too.
