I went to pick up my new factory ordered Rubicon today. I wasn't happy with the condition of the hardtop. It looks like the paint was touched up in some areas

My 2 cents - You paid a lot of money for a new vehicle and it is supposed to be in perfect condition. They should either fix it, or give you a serious discount on aftermarket Mopar accessories. Give them a chance to see if it can be buffed out. If it doesn't come out, tell them they need to fix or replace the parts that are damaged. They should of seen that during the prep phase before presenting it to the customer. Personally, I know my brand new Wrangler is going to get scratched, dinged, etc., but *I* want to be the one to earn those battle scars, not from some bozo who probably messed it up during shipping or something.

My brand new rubi had a couple minor scratches above the door handles, probably caused on the lot by people test driving, etc. Called them out and the dealer fixed it. Maybe that is just a bad detail/wash job. Let the dealer make it right.

I would hope that you can present the issues to the dealer and give them an opportunity to make it right.
