Yes I did and she told me that it was installation error.

first thing she said was that the pin has to be perfectly centered and also mentioned that there must be no marring of the surface of the pin head.
If there are any tool marks from stalling the pin, they won’t warranty it!

so, for future possible consumers, make sure you guys don’t mess up the surface of the pin when you guys install it!

if there are some of you guys out there that need replacements, they are $23! Just google push type latch and they will pop up with all sorts of finishes and colors

Just make sure to order the 1.25” button with the M6-1.0 pitch thread!

I ordered the 1/4-20 and it was the wrong pitch but with a little more research found just the pins from speedway motors at $8 a pin

I went with Outback Adventures as I don’t need to attach molle packs and don’t need cup holder cutouts and wanted the longer table and the Outback Adventures did all that and I just got my Blackstone griddle today so I’m ready to go.

The Blackstone griddle comes in at 25# and all the weight comes from the griddle top, if I were to guess the bottom part with the burner comes in at 6-8# and the griddle top is 15# plus
