Performed the first test pull yesterday and all went well. Figured it was time to post this up.

(Not an off-road trailer. Camping gear hauler only, light trail use)

2020 Aluma AE46 Trailer
Rough Country Wheel Adapters (5x4.5 to 5x5) custom machined to match trailer hubs O.D (2.475")
Custom 3" lift blocks. 2x3x10" 1/4" wall, 7 3/4" OC 1/2" holes.
1200# Dexter #9 Torsion Axle
RG Race Beadlocks 17x8.5
37x12.50R17 Cooper STT Pro's

Fenders will go back on next week. I need to stretch them out and then I'm going to rivet them with an aluminum backing strip to the sheet metal. I was going to use some Rubicon Take-Off rear fenders, but I'm not going to have enough time to source them and get the Jeep ready for the trip which starts on 31MAY.

Not only is this a badass trailer for hauling shit - the diamond plate will also give you a fantastic tan and will probably cook a steak to a nice medium rare temperature in under 10 minutes.

Here’s a few more pics. Got the first fender mounted a couple days ago. I’ll get the other mocked up and mounted tomorrow. Trailer is getting painted to match this upcoming week. Ocean Blue Metallic.

Rotopax fuel and water tanks on order, as well as, the beadlocks and 37” KM3’s. Gonna take a couple more weeks, but it’ll be done before the 30th.

Got the Rotopax mounted. The beadlock rings for the 37's came out of powdercoat last night. I'll hopefully have the wheels and tires done either this weekend or Monday. Added the badges, as well.
