I was going to fiber fill the sub box. I removed the trim ring allens but speaker doesn’t come out. Is there something else holding it in?

Those allen heads may be decorative. Here's where I pulled that side panel to install a GMRS antenna.

Remove the sub panel enclosure, there is a bolt or screw holding the sub from the back of the enclosure. Bad design or anti theft? Not sure why they did that.

So they can use the frame of the sub to reinforce the enclosure.
