I would take it back to the shop and ask them if they can make adjustments.. The shop that did my seats would do this. I had them build a motorcycle seat for me one time. They had me come sit on it and then took my feedback to make the seat perfect at no additional charge. I would think that it would be in their best interest to make the seat feel right. After all if they turned out like my seats did, they would end up with refers from everyone that I talked to about how good of a job they did. Thanks for the replies. I took the Jeep into a shop and they did a bunch of foam work, the back of the seat is now good, but they over did the bottom and now that is a problem. It is too firm and I have a different issue. I had to drive 300 miles one way so there is a lot of extra expense. Ready to give up. When I sit in a Bronco they have wonderful seats and the doors still come off. I'm at a point where I'm thinking to just take the loss and walk away from Jeep forever. I've said it more than once with past Jeeps that "this is the last one, never again" haha ffs. Any other new vehicle I sit in has better seats, this garbage seat thing is brutal.
Everyone who sits in my Jeep loves how the seats were redone.
