Affordable OBD-II tool with most maintenance functions?

I'm in the market for an affordable (say $1000 or less) OBD-II tool that is capable of the most maintenance functions on the Jeep Wrangler JL.

Examples of maintenance functions:
(electronically) centering the steering wheel, bleeding the brakes, reset the battery monitor, purge the DPF (diesel) filter, add keys

Example device:
The 2022 Autel MK808 supports FCA vehicles, but it is limited to about 25 maintenance functions.

Can anyone suggest something that's more complete?
